Educators sought for fixed weekend shifts

Do you want to help create safety, development and meaningful weekends for children, youths and adults with special needs?

At Samala we are looking for dedicated educators for fixed weekend shifts at several of our departments. We are looking for you who can create structure without becoming rigid, maintain calm when something is difficult, and who knows that development is created through relationships, predictability and professionalism.

The position includes work every other weekend Saturday and Sunday 08:00-21:00 , and we would like to start as soon as possible.

Who are we?

At Samala we work with people who need support, structure and clear adults around them. Across our departments you will meet clients with different needs, but common to them all is that they deserve staff who meet them with respect, curiosity and high professionalism.

We work from a human-centered view, where everyone has the right to development, well-being and influence over their own life. Therefore we base our approach on:

At the same time we work with professional approaches such as Low Arousal, LA2 and other pedagogical methods that support well-being, learning and development.

Practical

• Regular work every other weekend.
• Shifts on Saturdays and Sundays 08:00-21:00.
• Workplace at one or more of Samala's departments in Central Zealand.
• A driver's license is required.
• Starting as soon as possible.
