Your tasks

You contribute to ensuring that the electricity network, both tomorrow and in the future, is able to support customers' needs. Through work with strategic and tactical asset management, it is ensured that the total asset base as a whole can perform effectively, without compromising the security of supply.

Your primary areas of responsibility will be

• Technical specialization and insight into component properties and systems to ensure structured maintenance that ensures optimal operational and asset utilization
• Follow-up and initiation of corrective actions based on data analysis of condition assessments
• Contribute to further development of the asset management strategy and annual asset management plans for concrete asset groups
• Specifying reinvestment needs in the distribution network and ensuring handover to execution and follow-up on observations
• Handling of acute challenges in the low-voltage network through analysis, customer contact and design of solution proposals
• Handling external inquiries regarding outages or damage to installations

You will both work with the electricity supply facilities belonging to TREFOR El-net and TREFOR El-net Øst.

Who are you?

Are you analytical, systematic and ready to shape the future of the electric grid? We imagine you are a team player who thrives on bridging strategy and operations.

You have a relevant professional education such as e.g. electrical installer, engineer or similar and ideally experience from a similar position or at least experience working structurally with maintenance.

We imagine that you

• Have electrical-technical understanding, insight and interest in specializing in distribution installations
• Are interested in working with data and have a knack for translating analysis results into concrete and value-creating actions
• Are motivated to work long-term and strategically/tactically with many initiatives that contribute to a whole, where the payoff typically lies somewhere in the future
• Over time become a specialist in your own field, which necessitates the ability to work deeply but also broadly in terms of knowledge and perspectives
• Have an interest in being a natural link between the asset management team, the installers in the field, other departments in the organization, etc.
• Have an interest in working with and developing expertise within voltage quality in the low-voltage network, developing and revitalizing our approach to monitoring, design, troubleshooting, etc.
