Electrical Technical Case Handler - with a focus on customer contact and collaboration

As an Electrical Technical Case Handler at Nettilslutning, you will be part of an engaged team where high professionalism, strong collaboration, and an informal manner go hand in hand. You will be responsible for handling grid connection cases and will be an important contact for both customers, installers, and internal partners.

You must be able to create an overview in complex cases, communicate clearly with customers, and ensure that the technical solutions are correctly assessed and documented.

We are therefore looking for a colleague who is motivated by helping others, curious about problems, and thrives on finding solutions in collaboration with both customers and colleagues.

Your areas of responsibility include

• Case processing of grid connections from installers, businesses, and private customers.
• Electrical expertise assessment, calculation of varying complexity
• Customer support with focus on good dialogue and guidance for customers and partners
• Coordination and follow-up on cases to ensure progress and quality.

Your daily workplace will be in Esbjerg, but you will collaborate with colleagues and partners across N1.
