So it is you we are looking for as an employee of our research support team in the central Research Department at Midt- and West Zealand Hospital.

We are seeking a candidate with a background in social sciences, natural sciences or health sciences, who has experience with research support.

Depending on skills and preferences, the right candidate can be employed part-time or full-time. Please indicate your desired hours in the application, and please describe if there is a special arrangement with other work that we should be aware of.

The Research Department was established in spring 2026. The management consists of a dual leadership, the research chiefs Sidse Arnfred and Søren Skou, and under them a number of centers or units, of which the research support is consolidated in a unit led by Solvej Mårtensson.

We are looking for an employee who

• Has experience with research support functions
• Has expertise in one or more of the described research support areas (see above).
• We are also particularly looking for a candidate who has experience with foundation budgets, reporting to foundations and general research economics, or who has experience with research communication.
• Has a good overview and is good at organizing
• Is outgoing, independent and has strong collaboration skills

Reference checks and a criminal record check (§22) are part of a standard procedure in connection with filling positions at the hospital.

You will be part of an active and growing research support function, where you play an important role for both the Central Research Department and the many researchers in the 15 clinical departments at Midt- and West Zealand Hospital.

Starting salary for unionized employees

The region is obliged to inform you about the starting salary for the position. You will be informed of base salary, centrally fixed allowances and pension in the relevant collective agreement. In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
