The job – what will you do?

We need a construction manager who can oversee and keep a sharp overview of the projects we have ongoing. You will become an important link in the collaboration with other construction and project managers, and you will help ensure progress, planning and the quality of our work.

Your primary areas of responsibility will be

• Planning and coordination of projects and tasks
• Handling of documentation and progress
• Contact between suppliers, project managers and employees
• Manpower-, finance- and quality management on projects and tasks
• Material ordering and practical project planning
• Maintenance of processes and execution

Who are you?

We are looking for a skilled electrician, preferably with knowledge of construction or project management, but not a requirement.

We are looking for you who work in a structured and independent way. You are solution-oriented, decisive, collaborative, and familiar with taking responsibility.

We expect that you

• Are a trained electrician preferably with knowledge of construction or project management
• Are good at creating an overview and coordinating resources for projects
• Are service-minded and good at communicating both verbally and in writing
• Work independently , structured and take ownership of your tasks.
• Have a valid driving license (category B) .
