What will the day look like?

Your workday will never be boring; after training you will have the responsibility for

• Creation of new employees in Sympa – because our employees should have the best start.
• Controlling terms and collective agreements – because we always follow the rules.
• Follow-up on hours, absence and parental leave – so the payroll is correct.
• Payroll-related tasks – everything from A-Z
• Telephone support to operations – you are always ready to help our colleagues.

Who are you?

We are looking for a colleague who

• Has desire to learn new things
• You may have worked with payroll in a smaller company, been an finance, office or administrative assistant or something similar – most importantly you have numerical literacy.
• Has an easy time learning new IT systems, has experience with Excel , possibly knowledge of Sympa, Timeplan or EPOS is a plus.
• Takes responsibility and respects the confidentiality that naturally follows the job
• Is comfortable in an outward-facing role, can stay focused and complete the tasks.
• Is a team player, happily shares your knowledge with your colleagues and you are good-humored.

What can you expect from us?

You will become an important part of a well-functioning team that values high professionalism and good humor in a dynamic everyday life. The team consists of 10 colleagues who work closely with our 10 colleagues in HR. Your position will be at our office on Skibhusvej in Odense, close to the train station.

We have the systems, the agreements and the coffee ready – we just need you on the team.
