Educator at Børnehuset Videbechs Minde

The Videbechs Minde Daycare is seeking a professionally skilled pedagogue for our daycare. The position is a permanent role in our kindergarten and is wished to be filled by January 1, 2027

The Videbechs Minde Daycare is an integrated daycare located in Overlund, where we have lovely facilities both outdoors and indoors. The daycare houses 26 wonderful toddlers and 50 wonderful kindergarten children. The staff group, consisting of 20 employees, is ready to welcome you as our new colleague.

We work from an appreciative approach, with emphasis on seeing the big in the small. Play and learning are central in the child’s early life, and the pedagogue’s most important role is to support the child in positive learning processes. We work structurally with VLS, Strong Child Communities, and an evaluative culture, and we desire a colleague who wants to put this into practice in the pedagogical work.
