AutoBranchen Danmark is seeking an experienced and professionally strong jurist who can take independent responsibility for complex legal issues and act as a central sparring partner for both members, management and colleagues.

You will become part of an industry association with strong influence and a high professional level, where the law is not only interpreted – but actively used to create clarity, security and direction for approx. 1,200 member companies in the automotive industry.

ABOUT THE JOB

The automotive industry is characterized by green transition, new technology and increasingly complex regulation. As an experienced jurist you will play a key role in the legal department and work with both advisory services, principled cases and legal communication.

You will join a strong professional team with two jurists and a lawyer and will have a role with significant independence, professional responsibility and the opportunity to influence practice and interpretation in selected legal areas.

YOUR TASKS INCLUDE, AMONG OTHER THINGS

• Advanced legal advice to members and stakeholders
• Handling principled and complex cases – including at the Car Appeal Board
• Preparation of legal analyses, consultation responses and memos
• Professional communication via articles, webinars and presentations
• Internal sparring and knowledge sharing across the organization

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced jurist with solid practical experience and a strong legal overview. You thrive on taking responsibility, can navigate complex regulatory frameworks and are able to translate law into concrete, usable solutions for non-lawyers. You should preferably have experience with legal advisory, case processing and general legal communication from comparable employment.

WE EXPECT THAT YOU

• Are cand.jur. or a lawyer.
• Have several years of experience from a law firm, interest organization, authority or similar
• Have deep insight into contract law, consumer law, the law on buyers and preferably tax/fees law as well as estate law.
• Communicate clearly and precisely – both written and oral.
• Are motivated to be a professional front runner and advisor at eye level
