Experienced project manager for DS Flexhal (Zealand)

A central role in a strong team

As a project manager at DS Flexhal you will have a central role in a strong project team, where you are responsible for ensuring project deliveries of the highest quality in the following areas: supplier and customer relations, economics, operations and project execution, QMS and sustainability.

Your responsibilities include

• Management of our construction sites.
• Definition and clarification of uncertainties in the tender, including identifying and developing alternative solutions.
• Design and selection of the right project solutions in connection with project clarification and method choice.
• Ensure overarching authorities approvals.
• Entering into contracts with subcontractors.
• Ensure completion of the construction in accordance with agreements on time, quality, safety and economy.
• Ensure a well-functioning organization on the project.
• Contact with the client and holding client meetings.

Your success is measured by your ability to complete projects on time and within the agreed budget and quality, as well as your ability to actively contribute to a close and constructive collaboration with the rest of the project department.

Professional and competent project manager/project director who keeps an overview and ensures progress

We envision that you have a relevant technical education such as building constructor, civil engineer or similar. You have several years of experience delivering construction projects in turnkey contracts. Alternative experience within specialist contracts or from the consulting side can also be relevant, as long as you have the right attitude and are ready to learn new things.

You work independently with a broad overview, and are known among colleagues and partners for meeting agreements and deadlines.

You possess good negotiation skills and a natural persuasiveness.
