• Is a trained nurse – with several years of experience, preferably from the elderly care sector
• Thrives at coordinating citizen/care pathways and creating coherence in care
• Works in a structured way, takes responsibility and keeps an overview – even when daily life is busy
• Has strong professional competencies and is motivated to develop the quality of care
• Sees documentation as an important part of the professional effort and actively contributes to ensuring high quality in care, and ensures that the health professional documentation in Nexus is up-to-date, comprehensive and supports both patient safety and good interdisciplinary collaboration
• Has an eye for quality, patient safety and continuous development
• Thrives in close interdisciplinary collaboration and is happy to share your knowledge with colleagues

About the position

We offer a position of 30-37 hours per week. You should expect occasional evening shifts.

Kong Gauers Gård is much more than a care center. Here, the care center and day care are gathered under one roof, creating unique encounters between children and the elderly through play, activities and relationships. The care center consists of 79 modern residences spread across six living units, focusing on quality of life, self-determination and presence. Together with dedicated activity staff, you help create a house filled with life, community and meaningful relationships.

Terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and local pay.

Employment is governed by the collective agreement for 70.01 Nurses, health visitors, nutrition assistants, dental hygienists, etc., §§ 3-5. The expected starting full-time salary excluding pension is at the base grade pay level (4 or 7) based on seniority, in the range DKK 31,081 – 36,994. The final placement, including collective agreement terms and salary level, is determined based on education, experience and qualifications as well as the specific offered position.

The employment date is December 1, 2026, or as soon as possible.
