We are looking for ambitious Senior and Manager consultants for our team in CFO Services in Aarhus. Do you want to help develop and optimize the finance functions of the future and set the direction for both our clients and Basico?

In CFO Services we collaborate with some of Denmark's largest companies across industries. Our tasks and projects span a broad range – from interim roles focusing on controlling, monthly reporting and year-end closing, to optimization of financial functions as well as extensive transformation projects.

We not only help define and execute the projects; we are also involved in the implementation, where we work closely with the client to ensure that the improvements and changes are anchored in the organization and continue to live on, even after the project is completed.

You will have a central role in leading and developing projects, providing strategic advice to our clients and contributing to strengthening Basico's position as a leading partner in CFO Services.

In the role you will, among other things

• Work on tasks related to our clients' financial year cycles, including follow-up on budgets, monthly and year-end closings, and forecast processes
• Drive your own projects from start to finish with a focus on timely delivery and implementation of solutions that strengthen the clients' financial set-up
• Maintain close contact with stakeholders at all levels to ensure projects run smoothly and are adapted to the clients' needs along the way
• Collaborate with project managers and consultants, share your expertise and contribute to raising the quality of the projects
• Build strong client relationships and create partnerships that support long-term collaborations
• Contribute to Basico's growth and help shape both the business and the culture
• Manage core financial processes e.g. reporting and financial control
• Contribute with financial analyses and forecasts in complex or specialized project deliveries.

Your background and qualifications - so far

To succeed in CFO Services we would like you to have

• A relevant education in finance, auditing, accounting, economics or similar
• 3-10 years of experience in a finance function or consultancy role
• Experience leading financial transformation projects and implementing solutions in financial functions
• Experience leading teams and delivering strong results in close collaboration with clients and colleagues
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to balance both strategic and operational tasks
• A proactive approach to identifying new development opportunities – for both clients and Basico.
