Experienced project managers/project chiefs for DS Flexhal (Jutland)

A central role in a strong team

As a project manager or project director at DS Flexhal you will play a central role in a strong project team, where you are responsible for ensuring project deliveries of the highest quality within the following areas: supplier and customer relations, economy, operation and project execution, QHSE and sustainability.

Your responsibilities will include

• Leadership/participation in the management of our construction sites.
• Definition and clarification of uncertainties in the tender, including identifying and developing alternative solutions.
• Design and selection of the right project solutions in connection with project clarification and method choice.
• Ensuring the overarching authorities' approvals.
• Entering into contracts with subcontractors.
• Ensuring the completion of the building according to agreements on time, quality, safety and economics.
• Ensuring a well-functioning organization on the project.
• Contact with the client and holding client meetings.

Your success will be measured by your ability to complete projects on time and within the agreed budget and quality, as well as your ability to actively contribute to close and constructive cooperation with the rest of the project department.

Professional and capable project manager/project director who maintains an overview and ensures progress

We envision that you have a relevant technical education such as building constructor, civil engineer or the like. You know how to assemble a building and have a minimum of five years of experience delivering construction projects in turnkey contracts.

You work independently with a strong overview, and are known among colleagues and partners for meeting agreements and deadlines.

You possess good negotiation skills as well as natural assertiveness.
