ERP Specialist

At Kredsløb, the ERP platform plays an increasingly important role in our ambition to collect and optimize core business processes across the organization. We have just taken the first major step by upgrading to IFS Cloud, and now the platform must be further developed and integrated with more central systems. Therefore we are seeking a strong ERP Specialist who will help translate the ambitions into solutions that create value in daily life.

You will become part of the Data & Applications department, where you will play a central role in the interplay between system, processes and people. Here you will be close to the entire organization and have the opportunity to influence how we work across the business.

You will be the link between business and the ERP platform

Together with your colleagues in our small central ERP team, you will be responsible for developing the ERP platform so that it supports Kredsløb’s business processes efficiently and stably.

A typical week can include everything from dialogue with process owners and decision-makers about new needs to collaboration with our ERP supplier on the development of new functionality or support for users who need help or sparring.

You will among other things work with

• Advise and support process owners, super users and users in their daily work
• Drive ERP-related tasks and projects from idea to implementation
• Facilitate workshops and identify needs in the business together with the process owners
• Contribute to the implementation of new features and modules
• Coordinate and follow up on deliverables from our external ERP partner
• Support change when new workflows and solutions need to be anchored in the organization

In other words, this is a role where you work with operations, development, advisory and change.

You don’t need to know IFS Cloud

Instead, we hope you have worked with ERP systems and understand the processes they support.

You might come from a role as an ERP consultant, ERP specialist or application consultant. You may have experience with D365 FO, SAP, Business Central, IFS or another large ERP system.

The most important for us is that you

• have experience with ERP and business processes
• can collaborate with many different professional disciplines
• dare to challenge existing solutions and ways of working so you help people navigate changes well
• are good at creating momentum and making things happen
