Exciting position as a regulatory advisor

The Center for Social Service in Lolland Municipality is seeking an authority advisor for the specialized adult area. The position is 32-37 hours per week and is desired to be filled by December 1, 2026.

About the job

The Center for Social Service handles cases under the Social Services Act provisions: §§ 82, 84, 85, 96, 97, 98, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 107, 108, 109, 110, ABL §105/SEL § 85, transfer cases from the children’s area, granting of Specially Designed Youth Education, convicted citizens, inter-municipal refunds, etc.

The tasks are varied, span broadly and include, among others

• clarification, assessment and professional evaluation of the citizen’s need for an intervention based on their needs and motivation
• coordination, development of goals, allocation of service deliveries and initiation and follow-up of granted interventions
• making social-educational decisions and handling complaints
• dialogue and collaboration with other professional groups and sectors to ensure a coherent process for the citizen

We use KMD Nexus as a documentation tool and work according to VUM 2.0 and the BIT model as a method. Who are we?

The Center for Social Service is part of the Sector for Social, Psychiatry and Disability. We are multidisciplinary and consist of two authority teams, a consultancy team and an administrative team.

We work holistically and solution-oriented with a focus on rehabilitation, involving the citizen’s motivation, individual needs and legal protection. We place high value on professional sparring, dialogue and collaboration to ensure the best possible solutions for the citizen.

Salary and employment terms

Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and principles of local pay formation.

This position is covered by several collective agreements. Salary placement and individual salary negotiation are thus based on education, experience and qualifications.

The position is expected to be placed within a total salary range of approx. 29,579.60 – 36,994.19 DKK per month excl. pension and allowances. In addition, pension and holiday pay according to the applicable collective agreement.

Upon hire, a police certificate and a valid driving license must be presented.

Start date: December 1, 2026.
