In Region of Southern Denmark's social area we offer places for citizens with complex social problems. The complexity is increasing and we need a skilled professional leader who – together with the house's other management – can ensure ongoing development and adaptation to what each citizen needs.

Pomonahuset is a §§ 66, 85 and 107 offering for adults (18 to 40 years) and youths (14 to 18 years) who all suffer from complex eating disorders. They all work to come to live a life without the restrictions that the disease imposes.

Pomonahuset works from a rehabilitative mindset, where the youths sit at the head of their own treatment. In addition, Pomonahuset also has an advisory responsibility to the 22 municipalities in the Region of Southern Denmark.

Your role as professional leader

As a professional leader you are expected to “lead from the front” and stay updated on new professional knowledge related to our target group. You must be well grounded in our theoretical and methodological base, and you can use your knowledge constructively and actively supportively, in interaction with both staff and citizens. You coach and guide the house's staff so they continuously gain knowledge and insight into the specialty.

• have strong abilities to work and lead interdisciplinary collaboration.
• can make independent decisions within the agreed framework.

As the professional leader you will, together with your professional leadership colleague and the department head, further develop the strong professional foundation we stand on, and ensure that everyone works from this. It requires a dialogue-based approach, where you are close to the staff in daily life, but at the same time can set a clear direction and communicate the expectations for task fulfillment.

The appointment of a professional leader at Pomonahuset is part of a larger process in Region of Southern Denmark's social area. You will have equal colleagues with whom you can spar and share knowledge about the leadership task and the work in the social field. Salary and employment conditions

The position is 21 hours per week.

As a professional leader you will work at different times, so there is present leadership at different times of the day at Pomonahuset. The specific arrangement will be flexible and occur in dialogue with the department head Henrik Jürs whom you will report to.

The position requires a driving license for a passenger car.

The region is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position.

Since there is no requirement for a particular basic education, the base salary, centrally set allowances and pension for the applicable agreement are communicated to you upon invitation to interview.
