Family therapists and support contact persons sought for the Vestegn area

We are looking for 2-3 special educators who would like to work as family mentors and/or support contact persons

About the job

The work consists of supporting children, young people and families based on their individual needs and resources. The tasks may include pedagogical guidance, relationship work, daily life support and help to create structure, well-being and development.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the individual family or citizen and contribute to creating positive changes in daily life.

Working hours

This concerns tasks of only a few hours at a time – typically around 3 hours twice a week . The working hours will depend on the specific task and the needs of the family or the individual.

The position may therefore be relevant for you who want flexible work alongside other tasks or employment.

• Have a special educational background and preferably experience with the target group.
• Are good at building trusting relationships and meeting people with respect and curiosity.
• Work independently, in a structured way and with an eye for the individual's resources.
• Can adapt your pedagogical approach to different needs and situations.
• Want to make a concrete difference for children, young people and families.
