We are seeking a new colleague for our authority area.
About the job

- Preparation of investigations and child-related assessments (ICS).
- Initiation and follow-up on interventions.
- Participation in meetings with children, parents and partners.
- Written documentation of the case processes and decisions.
We are looking for someone who
- Has natural professional calm and presence, and can create security and direction in meetings.
- Can maintain an overview and create structure in a busy daily life.
- Dares to make decisions, but also be curious and investigative.
- Communicates clearly and respectfully, both in writing and orally.
- Has an eye for a mentalizing approach and can meet citizens and partners with respect.
- Contributes to honest dialogues and a healthy collaborative environment.
- Is educated as a social worker or social facilitator, or has a professional background with understanding of authority work, legislation and administrative processes.
