ARE YOU A FAMILY THERAPIST AND MOTIVATED TO WORK CLOSELY WITH FAMILIES' DAILY LIVES?

We are seeking an engaged part-time family therapist for a fixed-term program in families' homes.

At CUREA, we work with family treatment, where the intervention takes its starting point in the family's concrete everyday life and the challenges that arise in it. We believe that development and change are created in the relationship – in the situations where life is lived. Therefore, we work closely with families and translate professional methods into action in practice.

You will become an important part of the family's daily life and play a central role in creating structure and development in the interaction within the family.

Your tasks will include

You work closely in the family's home, where everyday life forms the framework for the intervention. You will have therapeutic and supportive conversations focusing on strengthening interaction, well-being and meaningful changes in the family's everyday life.

We are looking for someone who

• is trained as a family therapist or has relevant social-professional/educational experience
• works curiously, calmly and relationally in practice
• is clear, affirming and good at building trust in families
• thrives in working closely with people in their own daily lives
• can collaborate closely with both families and professionals around them
• has an eye for both structure and the small steps of change
