Fiber technician sought for service, installation and fault finding

Are you an experienced fiber technician? We are looking for two self-driven technicians for installation, service, fault finding and documentation on fiber networks in the Greater Copenhagen area.

• Location : Greater Copenhagen
• Start : 28/09/2026
• Working hours : Full-time, 37 hours per week. Start time 07:00-15:00.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, among other things

• Fiber splicing on both single-fiber and multi-fiber cables
• Work in main distributors (POP/HDF) and local distributors
• Installation and commissioning of fiber connections
• Troubleshooting and remediation of faults on existing networks
• OTDR and attenuation measurements
• Documentation of performed work
• Installation and service for both private and business customers
• Coordination with contractors, trenching crews and other partners

Requirements & competences

We imagine you have the following qualifications

• Solid experience as a fiber technician
• Experience with FTTH-, FTTB- and/or commercial installations
• Experience with main distributors and local distributors
• Experience with fiber splicing and measurement technology
• Knowledge of OTDR measurements and fault finding
• Ability to read and understand network and fiber documentation
• Experience with documentation and quality assurance systems
• Good IT skills
• Driver's license for car and van (B)
• Proficient in Danish, written and spoken
