KEN Hygiene Systems A/S is seeking service technicians for North Zealand

Responsibilities

As a service technician you are field-based and work with great freedom under responsibility in one of Denmark's largest service organizations.

Our catering customers are mainly institutions and large kitchens as well as restaurants, etc.

Your primary tasks are to service large kitchen equipment and complete installations in collaboration with your colleagues and, not least, the service office.

• You possess a strong service mindset and have a flair for interacting with and servicing customers.
• You have technical insight, and it is natural for you to troubleshoot electrical/technical equipment.
• You plan the tasks in collaboration with the service office so that goals and results are achieved.
• You continuously stay updated on relevant quality procedures and attachments/documents.

We expect

You have an electrical-technical background. It may be in electrical, plumbing (VVS) or related trades. You have experience with service and troubleshooting. Furthermore we expect that you are based in Zealand, have a category B driver's license, and master Danish and English, and have basic IT and Windows knowledge.

We expect you to be flexible, engaged and contribute with a respectful and positive attitude toward other people. You can work independently, are service-minded and customer-oriented. You are solution-oriented, responsible, and good at communicating with many different types of people. As you are the company's outward face, you have an outgoing personality and a positive mindset.
