At STARK we are seeking a Finance Business Partner who thrives in the intersection of business, analysis and leadership.

About the role

As Finance Business Partner you will become part of our Performance Management department, where we combine business understanding, data and technology to create measurable improvements.

You will be the financial sparring partner for our sales organization and thereby gain close cooperation with regional directors, sales management and key stakeholders across the organization. Here you have an important task of spending time with the management to understand their daily life, challenges and opportunities.

At the same time, you will play an important role in guiding and further developing STARK's reporting and analytics platform in Power BI. You contribute to ensuring that our leaders have the right insights to make better decisions.

Your areas of responsibility

Drive performance through insight

• Analyze the development of sales, gross margin, profitability and key KPIs.
• Identify opportunities and risks and translate them into concrete recommendations.
• Support priorities and decisions with facts and financial perspectives.

Be a strong business partner

• Collaborate with regional directors and sales management on performance, opportunities and challenges.
• Engage the business and build a deep understanding of the commercial and operational drivers.
• Constructively challenge and contribute to better decisions across the organization.

Develop data-driven leadership

• Contribute to the direction of STARK's commercial reporting platform in Power BI.
• Ensure that reporting, KPIs and analyses support the business needs.
• Drive the development of new dashboards, analyses and management tools in collaboration with the BI team.

Create momentum

• Take initiative and drive improvement efforts from analysis to implementation.
• Ensure follow-up, ownership and progress across organizational boundaries.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Performance Management at STARK.

Who are you?

You combine strong analytical skills with business understanding and relational capabilities. We envision that you:

• have several years of experience as a Finance Business Partner or from Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Controlling or a similar role
• are motivated by understanding what drives performance and translating insights into actions that make a real difference.
• are a strong analyst, but you also manage to translate insights into recommendations and initiatives that create results.
• are proactive, curious and naturally take ownership to create momentum
• thrive being close to the business and meet your senior stakeholders at eye level
• can translate complex analyses into clear recommendations and build buy-in around them
• have influence and dare to challenge existing decisions and ways of working constructively
• have experience with Power BI or similar analytical and reporting tools.
