On behalf of Domea.dk Moment Search & Selection now seeks a system consultant who thrives in a role with many touchpoints and who will be part of an exciting digital journey at one of the country's leading administration and consulting companies.

We are currently looking for you, who in close collaboration with an experienced colleague, will help ensure operation, maintenance and further development of Domea.dk's Facility Management system, which serves as the foundation for managing the operation and maintenance of thousands of homes nationwide. Your role is diverse and combines both support, system administration, consulting and training, and you can look forward to a position with great influence on the digital development going forward.

In addition, you will have the following responsibilities and tasks

• System administration, maintenance and support of the Facility Management system as well as operations and maintenance system.
• 2nd level support for customers and colleagues – in the FM system, but also in other systems such as procurement system, ERP system, Electronic move inspection system iSyn and Esyn, among others.
• Advise, educate and train colleagues and customers in the use of the systems.
• Contact and collaborate with IT suppliers.
• Participation in the preparation of documentation and user manuals.
• Contribute to optimizing and leveraging existing systems.
• Participate in business-related tests.
• Participate in development projects.

In this role you will be based at the office in Høje-Taastrup and become part of the Digitalization and Group Finance department, which is responsible for Domea.dk's digital development. You will join a team of 16 employees, distributed across IT developers and system consultants, who all contribute to the team with different disciplines, experiences and personalities. You will therefore be part of a strong professional environment with competent colleagues and an informal culture where collaboration and knowledge sharing are paramount.

Your skills and qualifications

There are several paths into the role of system consultant. You may have a background as property manager with experience from an IT function, or come from the municipal sector with system-technical experience in the operation and maintenance of buildings. If you have knowledge of Facility Management systems (e.g., NTI) or operation and maintenance in EG Bolig/Unik Bolig, that is a clear advantage.

We value that you are organized, communication strong and thrive with many touchpoints. You are approachable, trustworthy and work independently with freedom under responsibility. Experience with teaching and communication is a plus.
