📋From you we expect the following

• Lead and motivate on site – ensure everyone knows what to do
• Allocate tasks and follow up on progress
• Create a good collaborative climate and address challenges before they grow
• Ensure that timelines, quality and safety are upheld
• Ability to read and understand drawings and work descriptions
• Focus on quality, safety and environmental considerations in daily work
• Participate in planning and coordination with the contractor supervisor or project manager
• Keep track of crew, machinery and materials
• Document performed work – e.g. with photos, measurements or reports
• Contribute to optimizing processes and finding practical solutions on site
