In Department 1 from kindergarten class to 5th grade we are looking for you who can make letters, ball games and sustainability meaningful at the child’s level. We are looking for pedagogues who, with creativity, practical-musical ideas and strong relationships, will help make the school days come alive. Here we create communities where learning takes place with high ceilings.

In Department 2 from 6th-9th grade we are looking for you who can take co-responsibility for the well-being of the youth through preventive, structured and documented efforts in collaboration with the established teams. There will be work with class culture in structured efforts, co-teaching, parent cooperation and coaching processes with pedagogical focus points. This is a role that requires a high degree of independence and structure.

There will also be a task in SFO 2 - Club, where the pedagogical function shall help create good opportunities for the oldest club children in the 3rd-6th grade.

Therefore we are looking for two pedagogues for our communities in our general school section and SFO for 0.-6. grade.

We are a public school with about 565 students (525 in the general part and 40 in the special provision) and an SFO with about 300 children in 0.-6. grade. At Fælleshåbsskolen we place a high value on good collegial cooperation at department-, grade- and class level. In addition, we have a well-functioning collaboration between the pedagogical staff and internal and external professional groups.

Employment terms

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and local wage formation rules. This is a fixed full-time position starting 1 January 2027.

Information about starting salary

Employment takes place according to the Collective Agreement for pedagogues at day-care institutions, after-school programs, clubs etc., sections 4-9. The expected starting full-time salary excluding pension is 33,897 DKK / within the range 33,897 to 39,577 DKK depending on seniority. It should be noted that the final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on your education and qualifications and the specific offered position.
