Freelance D365 Finance, Sales og HR specialist til opgraderingsprojekt, Aalborg
SCR søger på vegne af vores kunde en erfaren Freelance D365 Finance, Sales & HR Konsulent til et større opgraderingsprojekt i en international virksomhed. Opgaven omfatter en central rolle i moderniseringen af virksomhedens ERP-platform, hvor konsulenten skal bidrage med specialistviden inden for Dynamics 365 samt sikre sammenhæng mellem finansielle processer, salgsaktiviteter og HR-funktioner.
Som Freelance D365 Finance, Sales & HR Konsulent bliver du en vigtig del af projektorganisationen og får ansvar for at understøtte både forretningen og projektteamet gennem analyse, rådgivning og implementeringsopgaver i forbindelse med opgraderingen.
Faglige kompetencer
- Dokumenteret erfaring med opgraderings- og transformationsprojekter i Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Stærke kompetencer inden for D365 Finance.
- Solid erfaring med D365 Sales og relaterede forretningsprocesser.
- Indgående kendskab til D365 HR og HR-relaterede arbejdsgange.
- Erfaring med tværgående ERP-processer og integration mellem flere forretningsområder.
- Evne til at omsætte forretningskrav til konkrete løsninger i Dynamics 365.
- Erfaring med interessenthåndtering i større og komplekse organisationer.
Personlige kompetencer
- Trives i internationale og kulturelt mangfoldige organisationer.
- Arbejder struktureret og professionelt i komplekse projekter.
- Er i stand til at håndtere flere opgaver og interessenter samtidigt.
- Kommunikerer sikkert på tværs af organisationen.
- Bevarer overblikket i en travl og omskiftelig hverdag.
- Er proaktiv og løsningsorienteret i samarbejdet med både forretning og projektteam.
