Freelance EDM Consultant, Copenhagen

SCR is seeking on behalf of our client a Freelance Senior EDM Consultant for a business-critical area within market and reference data. The client works with advanced financial solutions and requires an experienced specialist who can quickly contribute with error correction, optimization and further development of existing EDM solutions.

As a Freelance Senior EDM Consultant you will join a team that supports central data flows between external data providers and investment systems. The assignment includes analysis, troubleshooting, development and maintenance of existing solutions with a focus on high data quality, robust operations and efficient processes.

You are expected to be able to work independently after a short introduction and contribute concrete deliverables from start.

Professional competences

• Documented experience with Enterprise Data Management (EDM), including development, operations and troubleshooting
• In-depth experience with Refinitiv DataScope Select (LSEG — DataScope)
• Experience handling static data, issuer data, entity data as well as security- and issuer-ratings
• Solid understanding of report templates, bulk files, instrument lists and entity lists
• Experience with EDM components such as Message Queues, Event Watchers, Process Locks, Process Launchers, Unverified Components, Rule Builders and Sequences
• In-depth knowledge of CADIS_SYS-schema and its use for analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience in developing and maintaining EDM-GUI solutions
• Experience with mastering and distribution of reference and market data
• Experience with integration to SimCorp Dimension or similar capital markets platforms is an advantage
• Experience from the financial sector focusing on reference and market data
• Good English skills in both written and spoken

Information about the project

Project start: As soon as possible

Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

Scope: Full-time

Location: Copenhagen, with high onsite presence in the startup period and subsequently the possibility of a hybrid working arrangement

Working hours: The consultant must be able to join a support function from 07:30 on most weekdays
