GCP Infrastructure Specialist – Build our GCP foundation from the ground up

At LB Forsikring we are on an exciting cloud journey, and we are seeking an experienced GCP Infrastructure Specialist who can help establish our foundation in Google Cloud Platform – and at the same time contribute to the operation of our Microsoft-based solutions.

As a GCP Infrastructure Specialist you will be part of IT Technology & Infrastructure, where we modernize our technical landscape. In IT Technology & Infrastructure we are 13 colleagues, where we are the driving force behind the modernization of LB Forsikring's technical landscape. We work with cloud, security, identity and infrastructure and ensure that our platforms are robust, scalable and ready for the needs of the future. Now we are looking for a GCP Infrastructure Specialist who will help shape our Google Cloud Platform journey and set the direction for tomorrow's cloud solutions.

Your main tasks in the position will be

• Design and implement GCP resource hierarchy and infrastructure
• Automate processes with e.g. Terraform, PowerShell or similar
• Integrate GCP with Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID
• Contribute to cloud governance, security and compliance
• Collaborate with application teams on optimal use of cloud resources and contribute with your experience in establishing monitoring and robustness of the solutions
• Monitor and secure the operations

Do you want to be part of our community?

• 3-5 years of experience with infrastructure in an enterprise setup
• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server
• Knowledge of networking, security and automation
• Experience with Service Management (ServiceNow, TopDesk)
• Willingness and experience in working closely with development teams in an agile setup

Certifications in GCP (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect or Associate Cloud Engineer) are an advantage – but not a requirement.
