About the job

Re-advertisement - Experienced professionals for a permanent position as well as a maternity leave cover in our new professional teams in the pediatric disability area in Esbjerg

Are you e.g. a social worker, lawyer, psychologist, educator, social educator, physiotherapist, social facilitator or HR professional?

Can you imagine a workplace where professionalism works closely with others – and where we together make everything work.

Where difficult decisions are not resting on your shoulders alone – but shared in a strong and committed community. You don’t just follow the development… you help to create it.

That is exactly what we offer.

We challenge the way we work – and we need you who dare

We are building new professional teams from scratch. Not as a project – but as a new way of working.

One common mission

To create coherent, holistic solutions for children and young people with functional impairments as well as their families.

With us, teamwork means

  • Shared responsibility for the tasks
  • Decisions made together
  • No one stands alone with the difficult cases
  • Close sparring in everyday work

Most importantly: Joint professional pride

Your role – as part of the team

You will become an active part of a professional team, where you together follow cases from start to finish.

Together with your colleagues you will

  • Work with case processing under the Child Act
  • Contribute to professional assessments and decisions
  • Engage in close dialogue with children, youths, families and networks
  • Work with disability-compensating interventions
  • Ensure quality, coherence and direction in the processes

With us you don’t just follow the case – you help shape it actively along the way .

How we work

We believe you achieve the best result when you don’t have to deal with the difficult alone.

Therefore we have chosen to work in fixed teams, where

  • You share the responsibility for the team’s overall tasks
  • You make the decisions together
  • You actively use each other’s competencies and qualities
  • Sparring is a natural part of everyday life
  • Complexity is handled in a team

It requires something – but it gives even more – namely professional development, security, better solutions and you never stand alone.

Who are you?

You have a relevant professional background – e.g. social worker, legal, psychological, pedagogical, physiologic, social facilitator or HR professional.

Important is

  • You want to be part of something new
  • You will take responsibility and contribute actively
  • You communicate clearly, respectfully and professionally
  • You thrive in collaboration
  • You are curious about others’ perspectives
  • You dare to challenge conventional thinking and put yourself into play
  • You have a driver’s license (preferably with the possibility to provide a car yourself)

Experience counts – but your approach and mindset are decisive.

What you get with us

We know that high professional quality requires good frameworks

  • A strong professional environment with lots of sparring
  • Visible and close leadership
  • A culture characterized by trust and shared responsibility
  • Good opportunities for competence development
  • Thorough onboarding
  • Flexible working arrangements and the possibility of remote work
  • Choice between a 4- or 5-day workweek
