Little about the nursing home Huset Dorthe is a self-governing nursing home in Rødovre, consisting of six departments spread over three floors with a total of 90 residents.

Everyday life at the house is based on offering all residents support and care in accordance with their wishes and needs, and that the help they receive is provided with respect, empathy and professionalism.

At Huset Dorthe we work with citizens who need presence and structure in daily life.

The position is arranged as · Fixed evening shift 5/2

· Working hours 15:00–23:00

· Long weeks in odd weeks with a shift every Wednesday and Thursday. From January 2027 it changes so you have weekend shifts in even weeks.

Who are you? You know your profession inside out and have experience in maintaining a broad overview—even when the day gets busy. You have broad professional experience, perhaps from a hospital, and you know the primary sector and its conditions well.

We are looking for a colleague who works in a solution-oriented way, who is decisive, reliable, empathetic and robust, and who naturally takes on responsibility and takes initiative. In short, you are an experienced and skilled assistant.

We have colleagues with different backgrounds and competencies, which is a strength, and we collaborate across the house. You must be willing to develop yourself together with the house and with your colleagues, and you must – like us – be good at seeing and using your colleagues’ potential so that it benefits everyone.
