I am looking for a strong operations manager who will help develop the landscaping company ANDREAS in Silkeborg.

You will have a special responsibility for our maintenance and upkeep department.

About the job

As our operations manager you help create an overview in a busy daily life.

You lead people with clarity and respect and ensure that agreements with customers translate into good work in the gardens and at the companies we service.

You know the trade from reality. You are a skilled landscape contractor and have solid experience in carrying out the work yourself. You know what the tasks require, and can translate that knowledge into realistic plans, good finances and high quality.

And you have experience in operations management.

Your main tasks will be to

• Lead and develop the employees with a focus on wellbeing and collaboration.
• Plan staffing, tasks and the season's work.
• Ensure structure in order management and follow up on hours and tasks.
• Work with budgets, offers and the department's economy.
• Nurture customer relationships and create new opportunities through advisory services and sales.
