Hadsund School & SFO - Seeks school/SFO pedagogue for a permanent position

Hadsund Skole is located in beautiful surroundings close to nature and the Mariager Fjord. We are a newer school (built in 2005) with about 550 students, 200 children in SFO and around 70 staff.

We are looking for a pedagog who is passionate about leisure-time pedagogy and wellbeing work. The position will be combined with hours in SFO and in the school (expected distribution around 65/35).

SFO

Our SFO is characterized by a high level of activity, where we succeed in keeping the children, even as they approach an age where they are allowed to go home themselves.

You should help contribute to a varied SFO offering, where we have activities that reach broadly and that support the development of healthy and strong child communities. We are looking for someone who meets the children where they are and selects and initiates activities depending on what the children group ‘calls’ for. At the same time there will be room for a specific profile to be brought into play, so whether you are passionate about creativity, outdoor life, music, movement or something else, there will be room for this.

The school part

As a pedagog in the lower primary you will expectedly be attached to our 1st year group. We expect you to contribute with your pedagogical professionalism and contribute to varied teaching that supports the development of strong child communities. In the school part we have particular focus on teacher-pedagogue collaboration, and how we organize and plan teaching when there are two adults in the room, and how the pedagogical professionalism can be particularly utilized in this form of teaching.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

Start date 1 January 2027.

The position is a permanent 32-hour role.

Criminal background and child safeguarding checks will be obtained, and employment is conditional on these being approved.
