Would you like to use your nursing expertise in a daily life with time for relationships, presence and quality?

We are looking for a nurse for a one-year maternity leave replacement at Botilbuddet Østrup from 1 January 2027.

Here you get the opportunity to use your nursing expertise in a setting different from the classic nursing. You will become part of the residents' everyday life and a multidisciplinary environment where health care, pedagogy and relationships are closely connected.

You will have independent health care responsibility, but you will not stand alone. You will become part of a strong collegial community and at the same time have the opportunity for professional sparring with nurses across Hyldgaard & Larsen.

It is a position for you who enjoy having time to see the whole person - and who thrive on translating your nursing knowledge into solutions that work in the individual’s daily life.

What will your role be?

As a nurse you will be an important health care resource in the house. You follow the residents' health and well-being and help ensure coherence between the health care interventions and the pedagogical daily life.

Your tasks will include, among other things

• Hold health conversations with the residents and follow up on relevant interventions
• Manage medication handling and ensure quality of health care tasks
• Coordinate and collaborate with doctors, psychiatry, municipality and other providers
• Document and follow up on residents' health care interventions
• Contribute with health care knowledge and sparring in the interdisciplinary collaboration

An important part of the work is to build a bridge between health care and pedagogy . You must be able to translate your professional knowledge into the concrete daily life around the resident and at the same time have an eye for inclusion, so that the individual is seen and heard and has the greatest possible influence on their own health and treatment.

Who are you?

You are a trained nurse and preferably have experience from psychiatry or from working with people with complex psychiatric, somatic and social challenges.

You do not need to be able to do everything in advance. The most important thing is that you are professionally curious, can work independently and at the same time thrive in a close interdisciplinary collaboration.

You can maintain an overview when a situation is complex, and you have an eye for both the health care and the person behind the diagnosis. You work systematically with coordination and documentation - but you also know that the good solution is not always found in a manual.

Practical matters

There is a maternity leave replacement from 1 January 2027 to 1 January 2028 .

Your workplace is Botilbuddet Østrup, Svoldrupvej 167, 9600 Aars , and working hours are primarily daytime on weekdays.

Salary and terms of employment are agreed individually. Health insurance is included.
