Your role

As a Head Hunter/Recruitment Consultant you will be an important part of identifying, contacting and evaluating candidates for different types of positions. You work closely with clients, candidates and colleagues and ensure a professional process from the initial dialogue to the final presentation of relevant candidates.

We are looking for

• Identification and screening of relevant candidates via search, networks, databases and digital platforms.
• Direct contact with candidates with the aim of assessing motivation, experience and match to concrete positions.
• Preparation of candidate presentations and ongoing follow-up on recruitment processes.
• Dialogue with clients about job profiles, the candidate market and process status.
• Planning, coordination and execution of interview processes.
• Building and maintaining strong candidate and client relationships.
• Contributing to sales and business development through professional client dialogue and market insight.

Your qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, search, headhunting, sales, consulting or other proactive client contact.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build trust in dialogues with both candidates and clients.
• Commercial understanding and interest in people, organisations and the labor market.
• Ability to work purposefully, independently and with a high degree of responsibility for one's own processes.
• Good systematic approach and reliable handling of follow-up, documentation and coordination.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent POULSEN credibly in the market.
