About the department

The former advisor in the job has obtained a position as Social-Professional Contract Officer/Contract Manager internally in our department and we did not manage to fill the position in the first posting. There will also be an option for a maternity leave replacement, so if the right candidates are there, we have two positions.

We are looking for a colleague for the follow-up team at the residential facilities, which means your primary task consists of follow-up conversations for existing interventions, i.e., for citizens living in temporary and long-term residential facilities §§107-108 and ABL § 105 + the subsequent paragraphs that the citizens have. We try to make frequent follow-ups – particularly priority for § 107 with semi-annual/annual follow-ups. The residential facility team consists of a total of 5 advisors.

Visitation and Intervention is Helsingør Municipality's specialized authority area for adults – located in Center for Social Intervention and Housing. The Department Visitation and Intervention consists of a diagnostic, a follow-up, an economy and a BPA and extra costs team.

We expect that you are educated as a social worker and able to cooperate with our entire target group, i.e., disability, psychiatry and substance (mis)users and their relatives. If you are not educated as a social worker, we expect that you have experience from the authority area.

As part of our wonderful open-plan office we also have the Staff for the whole center sitting with us.

We expect that you have a valid driver's license and a clean criminal record. This is a full-time position.
