Hotel Harmonien is looking for a waiter apprentice

If you like working in the restaurant industry, are service-minded down to your fingertips and want an exciting training in a house with lots of activities, then perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

Harmonien is a newly renovated city hotel located in the middle of Haderslev city by the pedestrian street. With the cathedral, Haderslev is a beautiful historic town centrally located in southern Jutland. Harmonien is a listed hotel, where many of Denmark's monarchs have visited over time. Today Harmonien is a modern cultural house with theatre, music and conference facilities for up to 800 people.

At Hotel Harmonien we have a lot going on, and therefore we are seeking an engaged waiter apprentice who wishes to develop within the restaurant industry and become part of our team.

As our waiter apprentice you will receive an exciting and versatile training where you learn all aspects of the waiter's trade. You will work with both catering service, buffet service, restaurant operations and guest service in everyday work.

• Will to learn and develop within the waiter trade
• Are service-minded and greet guests with a smile
• Have a good overview and can stay calm when things get busy
• Enjoy working in a team with engaged colleagues
• Are responsible and reliable
• Are prepared to work in the evenings and weekends, where many of our events take place
• Want to pursue a professional education and build a career in the hospitality industry
