We are looking for hourly paid nurses - preferably with experience in elder care, who want to be part of a professionally strong team with room to grow. It would be a big plus if you have experience with Cura; if not, we will provide a thorough introduction.

We expect you to bring your skills into play. With us you are not "just" a relief worker , but we want hourly paid staff who can integrate into daily life - assist with nursing tasks (including acute supervision), administer medications, contact the doctor, etc. You will of course receive introductory shifts where you will get to know the house, the staff - and not least our wonderful residents. We are looking for relief workers who are not afraid to act as person in charge in the house and to share your professionalism.

We are a privately run nursing home in Frederiksberg with a sector agreement with DSR. That means you can easily take shifts with us, even if you are employed under a municipal agreement.

Responsibilities

• Holistic care and support with focus on ensuring residents a safe and engaging daily life
• Planning, coordination and execution of health-related tasks in collaboration with colleagues and management
• Targeted documentation in Cura and contributions to ongoing quality development
• Support and guidance of residents, relatives and partners with respect for individual needs
• Co-responsibility to ensure that Altiden Lindehaven at all times delivers care at a high level in accordance with our values
• For the skilled nurse, we also have complex nursing tasks that you will be trained to handle
