Quality Oriented Housekeeping Manager for 25 Hours Paper Island

Keeperz is currently searching for a new housekeeping manager for our housekeeping department at 25 Hours Paper Island. 25 Hours Paper Island Hotel is a new 4* boutique hotel with 128 rooms. The hotel is located just 12 min. walk from Kongens Nytorv.

Keeperz is an innovative and quality-conscious cleaning company founded in 2017. We are specialized in hotel & facility cleaning & our experience from the hotel cleaning industry dates back to 2011.

We are looking for a housekeeping manager with high energy, great communication skills & a "Yes we can - attitude". A person who does not compromise on quality and works systematically with the team to improve every day.

Experience from housekeeping as either housekeeping manager or supervisor is a must.

The job is a full-time position and includes working every 2nd weekend.

Working hours are mostly 8.30 - 16.30 & every 2nd weekend 09.00 - 17.00

The main tasks would be

• Opening & closing - preparing working papers
• Check rooms & public area cleaning
• Give feedback, train & motivate the team
• Ensure a good work environment
• Ordering and managing stock
• Daily- and weekly planning
• Procedure check

We are looking for a manager who leads by example and manages and motivates the team from the corridors/rooms not from the office. The position is not administratively "heavy".
