Forenede Service seeks an engaged and service-oriented supervisor for cleaning in a full-time position, who finds it natural to take responsibility, prioritizes good collaboration and takes pride in ensuring well-being among the employees.

You will supervise at Copenhagen University in Copenhagen . Your primary task is to ensure that your employees are motivated and prepared to carry out the agreed tasks.

As a supervisor

• you assist the service manager with the daily management of the service assistants.
• it is your task to supervise and quality-assure that the deliveries meet the agreed requirements.
• you are visible in the operation and contribute to ensuring proactivity and engagement in your team.
• the primary working time is morning

As a person you are

• a team player who is engaged, takes initiative and thrives on taking responsibility
• careful and detail-oriented, yet able to see the big picture
• service-oriented and welcoming towards your customers, your colleagues and not least your team.

We also expect that you

• have experience from a similar position in the service and cleaning industry
• are computer-savvy
• speak, write and understand Danish.

It is an advantage if you are INSTA 800 certified, but not a requirement.
