MATR is a Danish foodtech company that develops the next generation of sustainable foods through innovative fermentation of Nordic ingredients. The company is in a strong growth phase with a focus on scaling, international expansion and the establishment of new production in Denmark.

To support this development we are seeking an HR Administrator who can ensure structure, quality and stable operation in daily HR processes and support the organization’s continued growth.

About the role

As an HR Administrator you will be a central part of the organization and an important support function for both managers and employees. You will work closely with the team management and contribute to building and structuring HR processes in a company in establishment.

The role reports to Site Manager and collaborates closely with other leaders in the management team.

Your main tasks

• Preparation and maintenance of employment contracts and HR documentation
• Support of payroll processes and correct payroll input
• Contribute to compliance with collective agreements and local agreements
• Planning and coordination of onboarding for many new employees
• Support to team leaders in HR administrative tasks
• Ensure proper use of HR policies and processes
• Preparation of HR data and reports

About you

• Relevant education in HR, administration or business. Alternatively equivalent experience with HR administration
• Experience with personnel processes and HR systems
• Familiarity with Danish employment law and collective agreements is an advantage
• Experience with payroll data and data processing

In addition, you are a structured and detail-oriented person with a focus on process. You should be able to work independently and be proactively and highly motivated to improve processes. Of course, you are service-minded and good at building cross-organizational relationships.
