About the internship

As an HR intern at Aalborg Airport you will have the opportunity to work side by side with our experienced HR team and be close to all processes related to:

• Personnel administration: Help in drafting contracts, documentation and personnel policies.
• Competence management and training: Registration of employees' competencies in connection with courses and help with maintaining and developing the training program annually.
• The recruitment process: You will be involved in the process of recruiting the best employees for Denmark's Best Airport. From advertising exciting job opportunities to the actual hiring.
• Organizational development: Gain an understanding of a dynamic company that is continuously changing.
• Other HR tasks: The airport never has a dull day, and therefore you will have the opportunity to assist with various HR projects and tasks, giving you a broad range of HR experiences.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a student who is currently pursuing a relevant education in the HR field. You are proactive, energetic and you love working with people. Experience is not necessary - we are more interested in your commitment to learn and your desire to help make a difference.
