About the job

Do you have a grip on HR administration and employment law – and are you motivated by a daily life that includes both operational tasks, advisory work and development initiatives?

At ETL GROUP A/S we are looking for an engaged and independent HR consultant who can support the organization's HR efforts, ensure professional handling of the employee journey from recruitment to development, and contribute to an efficient and value-adding HR function. Apply here !

You will become an important sparring partner for managers and employees, and you will play a central role in translating HR expertise into concrete solutions that support the company's continued development. In addition, the role offers ample opportunity to work broadly with HR tasks across a flat organization.

The HR team consists of two employees, where you primarily will take responsibility for tasks related to the employees who are salaried, while your colleague's area is the hourly paid employees. However, there will be close collaboration interfaces both within the HR team and with the rest of the administration and operations. You are motivated by both contributing to daily operations and the strategic decisions with your expertise.

Your primary areas of responsibility

You will have a versatile role, where you work both operationally and development-oriented, which includes the following tasks:

  • HR administration and procedures – e.g., recruitment and termination processes as well as maintenance of HR processes and policies.
  • Recruitment and onboarding – responsible for the entire process from A to Z in collaboration with the immediate supervisor
  • Advisory and leadership sparring
  • Advising managers on HR-related issues.
  • Providing sparring with managers on and participating in personnel matters and difficult conversations.
  • Following up on absence and conducting sick-leave conversations in partnership with the immediate supervisor.
  • Development and well-being
  • Employee and competency development.
  • Contribute to the work of the occupational health and safety organization with APV and follow-up thereon.
  • Work on employer branding and development of the company culture.
  • Ad hoc inquiries and projects – e.g., salary transparency directive, implementation of a new IT system and ESG reporting.
  • IT, GDPR and compliance
  • Maintenance of HR systems and employee data.
  • Contribute to GDPR compliance and related processes.
  • Coordination of internal training and compliance activities.

Who are you?

There may be several entry points to the position, where your experience from HR is more important than your educational background. We imagine that you have experience from a broad HR role, where you have been used to a varied set of tasks.

As a person you contribute to a positive community in the workplace, are trustworthy and passionate about creating a strong corporate culture in close collaboration with your colleagues. We value a proactive and constructive approach to work, as well as taking ownership of your own tasks and areas of responsibility. The position also requires handling conversations and tasks that can be challenging, and it is essential that you are not afraid of conflict and comfortable with being in such situations.

In addition, we imagine that you

  • Have experience with or an interest in employer branding and understand how culture, communication and well-being are interconnected.
  • Work in a structured, systematic way and can maintain an overview in a fast-paced day with varied tasks.
  • Have strong collaboration skills and are good at building relationships across the organization.
  • Can communicate clearly – whether it concerns development contexts, information or difficult conversations.
  • Are comfortable advising, supporting and challenging others, and can adapt your approach and communication to the situation and recipients.
  • Have knowledge of employment law and preferably experience handling employment-related issues.
  • Have good IT skills and see opportunities to digitalize and optimize HR processes.

We offer you

A central role in an ambitious and growth-oriented company with a flat organization. You will have the opportunity to shape the HR function, HR processes and the initiatives that support well-being, development and the organization's continued growth. We prioritize innovation, quality and responsibility highly, and we are a team that steps in and helps each other when needed.

The position is a full-time role, where you obtain a pension scheme and health insurance with dependent coverage up to 24 years. In addition, you will experience a daily life characterized by freedom and flexibility, where you, together with your immediate supervisor, plan your work. We hold integrity in high regard and trust each individual's judgment and competencies. So if you want to be part of a strong team and have a dynamic daily life with high energy and pace, do not hesitate to apply!

We process applications continuously and hire when we have found the right candidate.
