You work independently and in a structured way, have a can-do attitude and a constructive and value-creating approach to the tasks.

Since you will be involved in many collaborative relationships across The Royal Academy, it is important that you can engage constructively in cooperation, read the organization well, and be able to view issues from multiple angles and at multiple levels. This way you contribute to finding solutions that create value for The Royal Academy and the outside world.
