HVAC installer for heating installation and ventilation in Maribo

Do you want proper pay, a company car and freedom with responsibility?

We are looking for a plumber for heating, ventilation and service in Maribo.

You join a plumbing company with a medium-sized team, where the work ranges widely. There are both private customers, commercial, new build and renovation, so you’ll get more than one type of plumbing task in your hands. Tasks range from service on heating systems to ventilation, water installations and larger plumbing contracts. The positions are mainly located on Lolland and Falster, so everyday life is local and planable.

On some days you work alone, on other days you work with a partner. You get freedom with responsibility, but also a setup where there are people around you when a task needs to be discussed. Agreements and delivery times must be kept, so you must be able to take responsibility with the customer and say if something changes.

What you get

Salary: 220-240 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Maribo and surroundings

Trade agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term stints.

Everyday: Service, heating and ventilation

Your everyday

The day is planned based on a mix of service, dampers and contract tasks. You will have your tasks agreed before you drive out or come on site, and you coordinate with the partner or the person planning the tasks when the sequence changes. For service tasks it is often about troubleshooting, heating systems, water installations or ventilation, while new build and renovation require the work to fit together with other trades.

You will, among other things, work with

• Resolve plumbing tasks in industry and commercial sectors
• Work with plumbing on new builds
• Take renovation tasks from contract to finished solution
• Operate dampers and service at customers
• Install and service heating, ventilation and climate

When a task changes, you are expected to clearly report back so the customer isn’t left hanging. It’s freedom with responsibility in practice - not just something stated in the posting.

We’re looking for you who can check off most boxes

You don’t need to be able to do everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 4 years of experience as a plumber
• Have a driver’s license
• Can work independently and with a partner
• Have experience with service, dampers or heating installations
• Are reliable and show up as agreed

It’s an advantage if you have experience with ventilation, climate control, new builds or renovations. But the most important thing is that you can take responsibility for your work and speak politely with customers.
