Everyday: Shut-offs, service and insurance claims

Your everyday The tasks typically come in via the service center, and you will be provided with the necessary equipment. You assess the sequence yourself when something is urgent, and you report in if a claim requires multiple trades or extra help.

You will among other things work with

• Carrying out shut-offs and service on VVS installations
• Inspecting and remedying insurance claims
• Troubleshooting on hot water, drainage, sanitation, heating and cooling
• Documenting damages and solutions to customers and insurance companies
• Engaging in dialogue with customers when something changes

When a claim proves larger than first anticipated, it is you who must say it out loud and get it sent on correctly. The agreements must hold, and customers must feel that there is control of things.

• Have at least 4 years of experience as a plumbing technician
• Have a driving licence because you drive out to customers yourself
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your agreements
• Are used to service, shut-offs or insurance tasks
• Speak respectfully with customers, colleagues and partners

It is an advantage if you have worked with insurance claims before. But the most important thing is that you can think for yourself, take action and say if something doesn’t add up.
