What does a hybrid-adjuster do?

As a hybrid-adjuster you will act as the link between Raunstrup, the insured and the companies we deliver craft services to. You start as a craftsman, so you are well prepared before you start with the valuations. Over time you will be responsible for:

• Conduct smaller assessments of insurance claims for both private and commercial customers
• Prepare proposals and calculations for repair and craftsmanship tasks
• Order and purchase materials
• Plan and carry out your own craftsmanship tasks of high quality
• Adhere to budgets and offers and ensure correct invoicing
• Focus on health and safety
• Ensure a good dialogue and experience for the customer

You will primarily work in Northern Jutland based out of our Aalborg office.

About you

We envisage that you

• Have a background as a carpenter or bricklayer
• Preferably have 3+ years of experience as a working tradesperson – this is however not a requirement
• Have a driving licence and basic IT skills (Word, Excel etc.)
• Are good at building relationships and collaborating across teams
• Thrive with responsibility and can work independently
• Are smiley and welcoming and put the customer experience at the center
• Wish to develop yourself within estimating
• Speak Danish – and language difficulties are no obstacle, we have technical aids

Experience from the insurance industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
