Industrial Technician for CNC Machining and Milling in Ringe

You land in a larger metal production facility where advanced chip removal, turning, milling and cylindrical grinding fill the daily work. The tasks range from complex workpieces to small and medium-sized series, so there is a need for precision and calm at the machine. You work independently at the machines, and you will be responsible for handling both setup and inspection. When the workpieces are complex, you must think before you press start. This is a job for someone who would rather do precise machine work than stand with pure routine.

Your everyday

The day takes place at the CNC machines, where you work with the pieces that are in production. You switch between setup, trial run, machining and inspection, so the pieces meet the tolerances before they proceed.

You will among other things work with

• CNC machining of metal workpieces
• CNC turning and CNC milling
• Setup, trial run and tool changes
• Quality control and metrology
• Programming and adjustment

The motto here is simple: It should be fun to go to work. In practice, that means a stable everyday life, good camaraderie and room to ask a colleague when a task requires extra brainpower.

You don’t have to be an expert in every corner of the craft. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

• Have experience with CNC machining
• Can work independently at the machines
• Have control of measurement and inspection
• Are stable and punctual
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It’s advantageous if you have worked with milling, turning, metrology or programming before. But the most important thing is that you are reliable and can take responsibility for your machine.
