You will become part of an industrial production where metal- and plastic components must meet the requirements every time. The work is with demanding industrial customers, and the tasks range from development-related subjects and prototypes to series production. The team is large enough for sparring, but not so large that people don’t know each other on the floor.

Everyday: CNC, metrology and quality assurance

Your everyday

In production, the day is about reliably getting parts through processing, measurement and quality assurance. You will work with modern CNC turning, multiple spindles and bar loaders, and you follow the part closely enough to be able to adjust before small deviations become bigger problems.

You will among other things work with

• CNC-machined parts in metal and plastic
• Working with metrology and quality assurance
• Fine-tuning special tasks, automation and finishing
• Setting up, loading in and changing tools
• Checking measurements and adjusting along the way

When something doesn’t add up, you speak up in time so the quality is caught at the machine and not with the customer. It requires calmness, technical curiosity and a desire to do the job properly.

You don’t have to be an expert in every corner of the field. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as an industrial technician or machine operator
• Have worked with CNC machining before
• Are comfortable with metrology and quality assurance
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Show up reliably and speak up if something is not right

It is an advantage if you have experience with automation, finishing or commissioning. But the most important thing is that you enjoy a everyday where precision and responsibility go hand in hand.
