Industrial Technician for CNC Machining and Metrology in Humlebæk

We are looking for an industrial technician for precision production in Humlebæk.

You will join a precision mechanical production, where the work revolves around small components with high requirements for precision. The team is around 25 employees, and the production serves demanding industries where the goals must be correct the first time. There are investments in advanced turning machines, so you won’t be stuck with a setup that has been run tired. The work takes place in Humlebæk, and the days are built around CNC, inspection measurements and a proper finish.

The role is for you who like when the details matter. You get your hands in CNC machining, quality assurance and special tasks, where automation and finish fill more than speed for speed’s sake. The company car is part of the package, and the salary is at a level where your craftsmanship can be felt.

Your everyday The day is built around CNC machining, inspection and finishing. You work with the topics from processing to measurement, so quality assurance doesn’t become something that is only discovered at the end. When a series requires adjustment, the goal is to get machine, measurement and finish to work together before the task is sent on.

You will, among other things, work with

• CNC machining of precision mechanical parts
• Measure and quality-check parts
• Work with specials, automation and finishing
• Set up and adjust CNC machines
• Check measurements and tolerances

When a task requires extra precision, it is better to pause and measure once more than to send something half-way on. It’s the kind of everyday where calm hands are as important as speed.

We’re looking for someone who can check off most of the items You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the field. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as an industrial technician or with CNC machining
• Have a driving license
• Can work securely with metrology and quality assurance
• Are stable and meet as agreed
• Will speak up if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have worked with automation, commissioning or precision mechanical parts. But the most important is that you can take responsibility for the quality.
