At JKS Aalborg we are looking for an intern for spring 2027, who wants to try their hand at both HR, recruitment and marketing. You won't just sit on the sidelines – you will be part of the team and have the opportunity to take responsibility, come up with ideas and get your hands dirty with the tasks that make the day-to-day run at a temp staffing and recruitment office function.

What will you do?

Your day-to-day will be a good mix of recruitment, administration and marketing. You will among other things work with:

• Handling and administration of personnel data
• Screening of temporary workers and candidates
• Conducting candidate interviews
• Support and service to customers and candidates
• Recruitment and booking of temporary workers
• Preparation of job postings and social media content
• Idea development and new marketing initiatives

In short: You will get exposure to the whole spectrum and have the opportunity to try your hand at many different aspects of the industry.

Who are you?

You are currently enrolled in a relevant higher education program at bachelor’s or master’s level, and we imagine that you:

• Work in a structured and independent way
• Can keep a level head when things are busy
• Takes initiative and is not afraid to come with ideas
• Approach your tasks with energy and engagement
• Are keen to learn and develop
• Are good with people and thrive in a daily life where no two days are the same

The internship tasks are essential for you who want to explore recruitment tasks more closely, and combine working with people with tasks in marketing.

Start

We expect start in February or March 2027 or by agreement.

We offer

An internship period of 4-5 months, depending on your studies and the internship period. In the internship you will become part of the team at the Aalborg office, where you will join on equal footing with the team’s consultants.

The internship will in principle be a full-time position (37 hours) – we will of course accommodate any elective courses, exams and other study-required activities that may arise during the period.
