Intern for People & Culture, Sabro – Spring 2027

Would you translate your knowledge of People & Culture, digitisation, data or communication into practice? As an intern at our headquarters in Sabro you will be part of the P&C team and work closely with our People & Culture Business Partner – both at the office and out in our home furnishing stores.

We tailor the tasks to your competencies and ambitions, so you get a good balance of operations, projects and professional development.

Your tasks can include

• Development and follow-up on preboarding, onboarding and offboarding.
• HR data, key figures and analyses that support decisions and initiatives.
• Presentations, guidelines, and communications to managers and employees.
• Testing of AI and digital tools to optimise workflows.
• Support on P&C systems, concepts, policies and cross-cutting projects.
• Recruitment and Employer Branding – from job postings and screening to the candidate experience.
• Activities and visits in the home stores together with our People & Culture Business Partners.

• Are pursuing a relevant higher education in, for example, HR, organisation, administration, communication, business or digitisation.
• Have initiative, work in a structured way and thrive with responsibility and collaboration.
• Communicate clearly and professionally – both in writing and verbally.
• Are comfortable with numbers, data and digital tools and quickly learn new systems.
• Are curious about AI and how technology can create value in People & Culture.

Experience with Excel, Power BI, Microsoft 365 or AI tools is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Practical information

Workplace: Damvej 9, 8471 Sabro (bus 14 and 114 run almost to the door).

Start date: February 2027 or by agreement. The internship period is 4–5 months.

Working hours: 30–37 hours per week. The internship is unpaid and must form part of your education.
